It was wonderful to see over 200 alumni join us for an Alumni Gathering at CSM’s Degree Show One on Wednesday 24 May. The event opened with a welcome from Dean of Academic Programmes Mark Dunhill, who gave an overview of the latest College developments and successes, as well as International Recruitment at CSM and the impact of Brexit.
Guests were then treated to a tour of the show’s highlights from our leading academics. Show One celebrated the voices and visions that will forge the future of fine art. The courses featured included BA Fine Art, MA Art and Science, MA Fine Art, MA Photography and MRes Art Theory and Philosophy.
Alumni were encouraged to take part in an interactive voting task, giving them to chance to tell us what they would most like to see from UAL, including using our creative spaces, networking opportunities and access to research and learning. We are very grateful to those that took part, as this feedback will be invaluable to us as we strive to the create benefits, services and opportunities most suited to you.
The evening concluded with a drinks reception, where alumni had the chance to meet old friends and new.
