Facilities

From September 2027, London College of Communication (LCC) will be based in our new building at Elephant and Castle. The facilities you’ll find here have been designed to support your learning, creativity and technical development, as well as your social experience and sense of community.

Our future-focused technical facilities bring together LCC’s creative heritage with new technologies and ways of working. You’ll be supported to develop your skills by expert technicians who share their expertise, help you find solutions and support you to realise your creative vision.

The building's neighbourhoods and commons, alongside a range of social spaces will create more opportunities for collaboration and community-building within and across courses and disciplines.

    Archives and Special Collections Centre

    Our archives and special collections reflect the historical development of creative communication, from film production and photography, to graphic design and print history.

Technical facilities: College-wide

As an undergraduate or postgraduate student, you’ll have access to a wide range of inspiring technical facilities that will support your learning journey and creativity no matter what course you study.

    3D Workshop

    Kit Room

    Borrow professional audio-visual equipment for photography, film, television, sound and digital media projects.

    Develop skills in traditional and digital print processes, from printmaking to publications and artists' books.

Technical facilities: Course-specific

LCC’s course-specific technical facilities include Photography studios, Motion Capture Lab, Animation studios, and Film and Television post-production suites.
