We empower and support final-year students and recent graduates to achieve their creative career ambitions and effect positive change across wider society.

Our graduate support programmes, events and activities aim to enable our final-year students and recent graduates to develop successful careers across the design, media and screen industries, or to kickstart their own enterprise as freelancers and entrepreneurs after graduation.

We provide support around career development along with freelancer and business start-up ambitions through our mentoring and incubation initiatives.

As a team, we work together with both our wider alumni community and organisations aiming to shape and diversify the future of the creative industries - using our skills and our insights to move towards a more sustainable and inclusive future for individuals, society and the planet.
