This workshop brings together a repair café format with the Climate Circle methodology developed through Islington Climate Centre.

This workshop offers an introduction to the Climate Circle methodology developed through Islington Climate Centre, giving participants the chance to experience and learn from an approach to climate engagement grounded in community work and shared dialogue.

Alongside hands-on repair activity, the session will explore how climate circles can support people to work with others, build confidence in facilitating discussion, and create space for connection across different experiences of climate and ecological change. Moving between making and collective reflection, the workshop invites participants to consider how practices of care can inform their own practice as a maker, designer or artist.

By coming to the session, we hope that you might also learn how to hold space differently: how to bring people together around shared concerns, how to connect practical activity with deeper reflection, and how repair can become a way of thinking as well as a way of doing.
