Connect with others, share and test ideas, and leave with new ideas for your practice.

Field Notes is a community sharing and networking session taking place across UAL’s colleges.

Rooted in acts of observation, recording, and exchange, Earth Week invites students, staff, and practitioners to gather around climate and ecological practice in response to this year’s Earth Week theme, Fault Lines. Through short sharings of developing work, research, and methods, Field Notes opens a space to listen for what is emerging. Join us to share creative ideas, encounter others’ ways of working, and carry something new back into your own practice.

Confirmed in this Feild Notes programme:

  • Scaling biodiversity through hydroponic dye plant cultivation (Laura Baker)
  • Permacomputing club (Felix Loftus)
  • Infinity Blue: a circular colour sharing system (Emily Gubbay)
  • Net Zero Curriculum Partnerships (Matilda Agace & George Barker)

Plus more to be announced...

Join us for refreshments, shared insights, and new connections across climate and ecological practice at CSM.

This session workshop is open to students and staff across the University of the Arts London. It will take place on the Central Saint Martins campus.
