Veron Lai is Associate Lecturer on MA Service Design at London College of Communication.
With over 15 years of design industry experience, Veron combines creativity, technical knowledge, and design expertise to help organisations solve complex problems.
Currently, Veron is working as an independent service design consultant for start-ups and corporates in both public and private sectors.
With her hybrid interest in design and social good, Veron has been focusing her design career in sustainability, health and care sectors in the last ten years.
Projects fall across a variety of contexts – from insight gathering research, end-to-end experience design programmes, to organisational transformation.
Veron is a certified LEGO Serious Play facilitator and experienced in conducting international design research in Europe and Asia.
