Dr Rebecca Bramall is Course Leader for MA Media, Communications and Critical Practice at London College of Communication.
She has worked extensively in the cultural sector for organisations including the Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA), the British Film Institute (BFI), and The Women’s Library. Before joining University of the Arts London, Rebecca was Senior Lecturer in Media Studies at the University of Brighton.
Rebecca’s research explores the interpenetration of culture and economy. Her recent publications include The Cultural Politics of Austerity: Past and Present in Austere Times (Palgrave Macmillan, 2013).
