Biography

Lucia is a Lecturer on  BA (Hons) Design Management at London College of Communication. She is a Brand Strategist and Design Manager with over ten years experience in creative agencies and start-ups. Lucia uses brand building, workshop facilitation and design management to explore new markets and services, meet business objectives and develop business processes and frameworks.

Lucia graduated from Central Saint Martins in 2007 with a first-class BA (Hons) Arts, Design and Environment where she specialised in interactive architecture. She researched and wrote about the interaction between people and their built environment and explored how they could transform each other using robotics.

Between 2012 and 2016 Lucia was Senior Producer at award winning creative agency Human After All where she led projects for global organisations and institutions; World Economic Forum, Google, YouTube, Thomson Reuters, UK Government, Greenpeace, International Alert, Royal Museums Greenwich.

In 2016, Lucia established her consultancy in brand and design management. Since then, she has worked with start-ups and growing businesses on how to use design thinking for innovation and growth.
