Come and see for yourself why we’ve been crowned as the best fashion school in Europe! (CEOWORLD 2025). With undergraduate courses spanning the entirety of this diverse industry, our Open Day is your chance to find out about London College of Fashion and what it’s like to study with us.

What to expect

Introduction to London College of Fashion | 9.45am and 12.45pm 
Get an overview of life as an LCF student. We’ll run you through our courses, how we connect with the fashion industry and what we do to make sure you leave us ready for your future career in fashion.

In this talk you will learn about how we will support you throughout your studies: from Accommodation, to Student Services, as well as Arts Students' Union.

Portfolio Advice session | 1.30pm
In this talk, get practical guidance and tips on preparing a strong portfolio for your LCF application. Please note, Fashion Management, Marketing and Branding, and Science courses do not require a portfolio.

College Tours | 9am–3pm
Led by our student ambassadors, take a guided tour of our building, exploring areas such as our library, workshops, and social spaces. Please note, this is a general tour and not course-specific.

Student support drop-ins | 9am–3pm

FAQ’s 

Will I have the opportunity to meet course leaders at this event?
Course leaders will not be present at this event. Instead, we’re offering programme-specific information sessions to help you explore the wide range of undergraduate courses available. 

Once you’ve narrowed down your options, our October Open Days will give you the chance to attend course-level sessions and meet academic staff.

When should I arrive? 
Registration will open at 9am; however, the Open Day schedule is flexible, giving you the chance to plan the day around the talks you’re most interested in attending. 

We'll be providing plenty of tea, coffee and pastries, so make sure you leave enough time to enjoy some refreshments before your first talk!

Will there be an opportunity to visit UAL Halls? 
Unfortunately, there will be no Hall tours taking place during this event, however, you'll be able to hear more about UAL accommodation during the Student Life, Support and Accommodation talk.

Where will the Open Day take place? 
The event will take place at LCF’s building on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford.?

The UAL Travel Bursary offers to cover the costs of mainline train and/or airline travel within the UK for students meeting eligibility criteria to attend UAL applicant and/or interview days. Bursary funds will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until the fund has been fully spent.
