The Fashion Business School at LCF has been placed second in the inaugural graduate business rankings in this year’s Business of Fashion school rankings. LCF has been placed fourth in the overall undergraduate rankings (one place up from last year) and eighth in the postgraduate rankings, one place down from 2016.

The Business of Fashion surveyed staff, students, and alumni, as well as putting key questions and statistics to the College to rank it for Global Influence, Learning Experience, and Long-Term Value. This year’s rankings featured 25 new institutions, bringing the total number of participating institutions across the Bachelors and Masters categories to 73.

The Fashion Business School scored highly for its collaborative projects, commitment to teaching sustainability as part of its business courses, its accreditations, and memberships of business organisations. Professor Frances Corner OBE said to the Business of Fashion, “As sectors within the industry blur, a broad education is increasingly invaluable. We have seen a change in most sectors of industry that is now looking for more ‘soft’ skills in its leaders — creativity, intuition, and rational decision making.” Read the full article here.

Frances was also interviewed about digital innovation at LCF and discussed the Digital Learning Lab and Digital Anthropology Lab. The article will be published later this week.
