Chamiah Dewey pitches at the London Venture Crawl 2022

In March, Chamiah Dewey, final year BA Fashion Design and Development student, competed against 10 other UK Universities in the Venture Crawl’s ‘Big Pitch Off 2022’ as 1 of 10 finalists. She had to provide a description of her solution to her chosen problem, explore the potential for the idea and look to the future sustainability of this solution.

Chamiah’s pitch was well received and had great feedback from supporters in the audience. LCF have been ‘The Big Pitch Off’ winners for 2 years, however this year the winning ideas were from Kings College and Nottingham University.

The was the 5^th year of the annual cross-University London Venture Crawl, but the first year which has explored hybrid delivery. The Venture Crawl provided students and graduates with access to over 100 start-up resources online, workshops and business advice.
