Backstage always remains as that mysterious space, where models, designers, stylists and hair and makeup artists rush around, preparing all the final details before taking on the catwalk. Like previous years, photographer Unai Mateo Lopez went behind the curtains and captured for us the essence of those magic instants in the backstage, right before the models headed towards the runway to showcase the collections designed by the MA Fashion Design Technology Menswear Class of 2019.
Unai’s photographies reflect the bustle of the backstage, where the excitement blends in with the tension present in every LCFMA show prior the big opening, when students finally present their creations after months of intense work.
