Biography

Russell Stone is a multi-disciplinary creative with over two decades of experience working across fashion, music and pop culture.

Russell began his career as Junior Editor at the now defunct style magazine Sleazenation, going on to edit publications including SuperSuper and Notion; contributing bylines to magazine titles like i-D and Highsnobiety; and art directing branded projects with Apple and Nike. His work is increasingly visually focused – moving into directing and painting.

As an educator he has taught on Middlesex University’s BA Fashion Communication and Styling, as well as across Fashion Media and Communication courses at the London College of Fashion – including BA Fashion Image, Fashion Journalism and Content Creation, Fashion Styling and Production – before joining the Fashion PR and Communication course.
