Biography

Luca Risino is the Course Leader for BA (Hons) Games Art at London College of Communication.

He is a Masters Graduate in Computer Games Design (Games Art) from Anglia Ruskin University and an avid creator and consumer of games media, with ten years of 3D Games Arts experience in the field.

Luca has worked with companies such as Sony, Cigaras Studios, and Team 17 producing 3D art and assets for games. He specialises in environmental design and narrative world-building in 3D.

Recently he has launched his own development studio, Screaming GOAT Studio, to begin the development of his third solo title, Blast Brawlers. Screaming GOAT Studio was founded to answer the experience gap students face after graduation when applying for jobs.

They provide live work placements and training opportunities during term time to undergraduates and aim to launch a title every 2-3 years.

Luca is the founder of the MIDA Screen Arts Conference and is an active speaker at game events nationally, having spoken at Get Into Games, World Skills, and Guilford Games Festival.
