Biography

Eugenie Dodd is an Associate Lecturer on the MA Graphic Branding and Identity course at London College of Communication.

Eugenie grew up in Israel and trained as a graphic designer at the Bezalel Academy of Art in Jerusalem and then as a typographic designer at London College of Communication.

She is an Associate Lecturer for LCC’s postgraduate programme and the focus of her teaching has always been on the creative application of design theory across disciplines. She tutors and judges students for the ISTD Students Assessment Scheme, as well as running annual workshops abroad.

In the early part of Eugenie’s career she worked as a designer for the Observer Magazine, followed by posts at a number of high-profile design studios including Hans Schleger Associates.

Following a short spell as a freelance designer she formed the designer-led creative studio and consultancy, Typographics Edt. In the years since its establishment, the studio has managed projects from conception to delivery for a wide range of clients across the arts, commercial and voluntary sectors, publishing and public information.

Eugenie’s work has exhibited internationally and she has featured in industry publications as an expert contributor.
