Biography
Amy Henry is an American designer, researcher, writer, and senior lecturer on MA Graphic Media Design at London College of Communication. Her research explores participatory and politically engaged approaches. Amy also focuses on movement and resonance as methods of design in practice, along with performance as a medium.
Amy enlists a curious approach to design research and systems. She enjoys experimenting with publication formats, sound design, and alternative methods to explore narratives.
She holds an MA in Graphic Media Design from London College of Communication, and a BA in Graphic Design from Saint Cloud State University (SCSU).
Her commercial practice extends across art direction, branding, and editorial design. Amy is currently an editorial assistant and writer on the Pulp and Eye Magazine team.
