Get support with your wellbeing during assessment season

Summer term has started, and end of year shows and assessments are coming up soon. As much as this is an incredibly exciting time of year, it can also be a stressful time.

Below are some tools for you to help support your wellbeing this term.

Register for Togetherall

If you’re struggling to stay motivated & on task, we get it. The summer term can be a stressful time & you’re likely not the only one feeling the pressure.  

Connect with others who understand what you’re going through and take advantage of Togetherall. It’s an anonymous, online peer-to-peer mental health community that is active 24/7 & it’s free! Register today with your student email at togetherall.com

Alongside self-assessment tools and community groups, Togetherall has some great guided courses that might be useful this term, such as:

  • Managing Panic
  • Stop procrastinating
  • Managing worry
  • Improve your sleep

Speak to our support teams

If you are feeling overwhelmed, our Mental Health advisers can provide advice on what mental health support you might find useful. You can also request an appointment with the UAL Counselling team directly or attend a drop-in session.

If you’d prefer, you could also reach out to the Arts Students Union Advice Service who can help put you in touch with teams within UAL, or externally.

Sign up to a wellbeing workshop or art therapy session

The Counselling team also run Wellbeing workshops and Art Therapy which are a great way to de-stress and talk about what’s on your mind.  

Workshops this term include:
