Creative Journeys: Shaping your career at UAL (Postgraduate)

  • Date
  • Time
Ever wanted to know how the experience of a Postgraduate degree at University of the Arts London shapes your career?

If you're considering a postgraduate degree at UAL but are unsure what career paths it can lead to, this is a talk for you.

We'll take you through how UAL's Careers and Employability service, as well as other programmes, events and opportunities, could shape your career. We'll also give examples of how students can make use of the wider UAL community to experiment, explore and venture into new areas of their creative journey.

The talk will cover opportunities open to you as a UAL postgraduate, followed by a conversation with an Alumni about their experiences and how they made the most of their time studying with us.

Our speaker
Hannah Ogahara is an MA Regenerative Design graduate from Central Saint Martins. During her time at UAL, she took part in the UAL Creative Hack, a hackathon where she met collaborators she went on to form an organisation with. Compost Collective has since taken part in the LCC Accelerator and London Social Venture, helping them to take their business to the next level. We'll talk with Hannah about her time at UAL and what she's working on now.

There will be time at the end of the talk for questions.
