World Menopause Day takes place every year on 18 October. Founded in 2009, it’s an awareness-raising day that helps people find the support options available for improving their health and wellbeing. It seeks to normalise conversations around menopause and break down barriers to foster inclusion and positive wellbeing.
The theme for 2025 is ‘Lifestyle Medicine’, relating to a recently-published study on how a range of lifestyle factors can influence or impact the experience of menopause.
