This year the LCC Postgraduate Showcase will take place online, hosted on the UAL Graduate Showcase platform – an innovative online platform for graduates to present their work.
This page provides students with useful guidance and information, including key dates, as well as links to useful resources on preparing and uploading your work to the platform.
Key dates
Drop-in sessions
Students will be able to access drop-in sessions with LCC staff for advice on file formats queries, content specifications, the upload process, or any other questions about the LCC Postgraduate Showcase.
Drop-in sessions will be available on 1, 2 and 3 December 2020, and 13, 14, 15, 18, and 19 January 2021.
Sessions will run from 10am-12pm and 2-4pm.
To join a session, join the Blackboard Collaborate Drop-in Sessions room at the time and date of session you wish to join.
Student upload
To ensure that the online showcase is ready for its public launch date on 28 January 2021, students must ensure that work is uploaded to the platform by the deadline relevant to their course.
Upload deadline: 22 January 2021*
Students can create their Portfolio profiles and experiment with the templates at any time. Students are encouraged to start experimenting with templates as early as possible.
* Note: The deadline was originally set at Tuesday 19 January 2021. This deadline has been extended to allow extra time for students who are experiencing upload and preview issues on the Graduate Showcase website when using Google Chrome. If students continue to experience issues, they are advised to use Safari while this issue is resolved.

Process film call-out
As part of the College's promotion of the LCC Postgraduate Showcase and the students exhibiting, the College will be making a series of films to document the process of LCC's Postgraduate students creating work for the Showcase.
This documentation could be in the form of filmed interviews, vlogs, footage of physical making, screen recordings of digital making, etc.
