LCC PGR students invited to take part work-in-progress 2025 showcase

Postgraduate research students at London College of Communication are invited to share their doctoral research as part of a showcase due to take place in March and April 2025.

‘Unfolding Narratives’ is LCC’s annual event of PGR practice and research, displaying the breadth and depth of the college’s vibrant postgraduate research culture.

It provides space for students to present their evolving research alongside peers, and offers a range of opportunities for students to share their work with a diverse set of audiences.

This year, Unfolding Narratives encompasses the following:

• Exhibition – presenting your research through physical objects or installations, including moving image works
• Unfolding Live’ – presenting time-based practices such as dance, speech, music, drama, or readings
• Symposium – new to Unfolding Narratives, presenting your research in detail through 20-minute conference-style papers in an academic setting
• Industry Breakfasts – new to Unfolding Narratives, meet and greet invited guests from the galleries, libraries, archives and museums (GLAM) sector, industry, community and charity organisations
• PGR-led Events – events that you propose, such as subject-focused study groups, or symposiums, reading groups, or practice workshops

All elements are open to all students, whether you are campus-based or remote.
