To mark Earth Day on April 22, 2024, join us for a week-long series of events all around our Colleges and sites, showcasing creative environmental action from across UAL communities.

From Climate Advocates to Changemakers, Repair Cafés to Garden Societies, our campuses will come alive with interconnected ecosystems of creative projects and interventions – led by students, staff, alumni and friends.

During this year's extended Earth Week Programme (22-26 April), embark on a journey taking in leisurely walks and lively talks, nurturing workshops and networking opportunities all along the way.

Join us for five days of purposeful play and be inspired to explore your role in driving change through creativity.

From sowing seeds across campus to combating air pollution, addressing plastic waste, and fostering a culture of care, the Climate Emergency Network serves as a nurturing platform for existing initiatives to grow, flourish, and thrive, showcasing the remarkable efforts coexisting within the university. By rallying under the banner of Earth Day, we can amplify our creativity and cultivate a flourishing ecosystem of meaningful change.

Our Social Purpose Agenda is dedicated to integrating climate and environmental justice into every student's educational journey. This programme fosters the activism of our students and staff, empowering them to effect positive change in the world.

Just as seeds of life and hidden sources of nutrition entangle and interconnect below ground, are refreshed by water and surfaced through shoots, this Earth Day we bring to light the creative activities that seek to nurture, replenish and regenerate People and Planet.
