IT support over the Christmas break

Our IT Service Desk phone line is supported 24/7, 365 days a year.

Out of hours support service will take over for the Christmas break from 5pm, 23 December – 8am, 4 January.

During this time they will be able to answer basic queries only such as password problems and access to services. Emails sent to servicedesk@arts.ac.uk will not be answered during this time.

Full support from the IT Service Desk resumes from Monday 4 January, and runs 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. Our out of hours service is available outside of this time as usual.
