Summer building access for Class of 2021

Graduating students from the Class of 2021 will have access to specific college services and sites over the summer.
Please note access varies across colleges.
Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon
Building access
BA Students can access their college site, including workshops and studios until Friday 2 July.
MA students can access their college site, including workshops and studios until Friday 24 September.
Opening times:
21 June – 24 September
Monday – Friday: 9am – 9pm
Saturdays and Sundays: closed, except 26 June
Closed Monday 30 August (Bank Holiday)
Camberwell (Wilson Road): closed
Library and Learning Zone

Studios and technical workshops
Individual programmes are offering bookable access to studios for graduating students. Spaces can be booked via Moodle Scheduler.
Technical workshops are also continuing with bookable access. Please check on the Technical Support Moodle page or with specific workshops regarding availability.

Camberwell and Wimbledon: The arts shop at Camberwell and Wimbledon will be closed over the summer break from Thursday 17 June.
Chelsea: The arts shop at Chelsea will be closed over the summer break from Wednesday 30 June.
Central Saint Martins
Building access
Graduating students will be able to access college buildings, including the Library and Learning Zones, where they are open, for 30 days from their course end date.

Studios and technical workshops
Graduating students will no longer have access to workshops.
The Central Loan Store is open to final year students only at the following times:
- Tuesday 22 June, 10.30am – 2.30pm
- Friday 25 June, 10.30am – 2.30pm
- Tuesday 29 June, 10.30am – 2.30pm
- Friday 2 July, 10.30am – 2.30pm.

The arts shop at Central Saint Martins will be closed from 17 June, reopening on 28 June, Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm.
London College of Communication
Building access
There is no general access to the London College of Communication site or course neighbourhood areas for self-directed learning during the summer break from the end of term, except for MA students up to 23 July.

Studios and technical workshops
Technical areas will remain open to all third-year undergraduate students from 21 June – 2 July. During this period, you will be able to book access to specialist workshop facilities to complete work and to build your professional portfolio. Access to Technical Resources will be bookable via the Online Resource Booking (ORB).
Support
During the summer break, from 28 June until the start of term (20 September), the Information Centre will be operating a reduced service.
Catering
The canteen: closed from Monday 21 June.
The Typo Café will remain open over the summer break.

London College of Fashion
Building access
Building opening hours are Monday to Friday, 10am – 5pm.
Library and Learning Zone
London College of Fashion final year students will continue to have access to the LCF Library until 4 July. For students with extenuating circumstances please contact the LCF Library and the team can extend your account. You can chat with the team via the ask service on our website to arrange this.

Studios and technical workshops
Supervised Studio bookings must be made via Online Resource Booking (ORB) or via email where local arrangements have been communicated. Please note that social distancing remains in place and not all spaces will be available every day. Students should book for the asset/room that is available to them (some assets are course specific) by searching for the relevant asset/room on ORB. Any studios with machine room power will be switched off 15 minutes prior to close.
