Mindfulness Meditation - University Mental Health Day

Join us online taking a few moments to notice your thoughts, feelings, breathing, and gently bringing your attention back to the present.

Please use your UAL email address to sign up for this event. We cannot guarantee a place at the workshop if you use another email.

This group meditation session is suitable for beginners and those with an existing practice. Simple mindfulness techniques will be introduced, including focussing on breathing, sensory awareness, and visualisation. The session will last approximately 25 minutes, and all are welcome.
