‘Stylist Fashion Show panelists Genevieve Muwana, Briony Hoh & Vinrelo’s Niecey Josey share tools to help creatives build long term success in fashion.’

Your Personality Is Your Brand Ambassador- In the industry and whether at New York Fashion Week or London Fashion Week, this is one of the most critical moments in fashion where your presence, communication style, and professionalism represent your brand before you ever speak.

You Are the Portfolio- Brands are not only reviewing your work—they are assessing how your portfolio aligns with you as a professional. Consistency between your work, values, and conduct is essential.

Track Record = Proof of Preparation- Fashion Week is not the time to explain potential; it’s the time to demonstrate results. Your past projects, reliability, and execution reflect your readiness for higher-level opportunities

Team Management Sets You Apart - The ability to collaborate, lead, and adapt within fast-moving teams is a major differentiator. Strong team management skills immediately elevate your position in the room.

The “Fry Debate”: Style Meets Detail - Workplace style, presentation, and attention to detail communicates awareness, respect for environment, and professionalism—often before credentials are reviewed.
