Creative Cards - University Mental Health Day - Drop In

This workshop is for UAL students only. You will need to have a valid ID card to enter the buidling.

Drop by the LCC Information Centre on 12 March 2026 and get involved in crafting exercises for your wellbeing, designed by our Counselling and Health Advice teams.

Join us for a relaxed drop-in card-making session to create something meaningful for someone you care about, in celebration of Mental Health Day. This calm, creative space is a chance to slow down, express gratitude or kindness, and connect through making. All materials are provided, and no experience is needed — just drop in, take a moment for yourself, and craft a heartfelt card to brighten a loved one’s day (including your own).

Using your creative skills freely in designing a card for your loved ones with holding a positive message to bring a smile and evoke their wellbeing. You can interpret this exercise however you want, whether you give your card or not, the act of making is theraputic.

Come along, embrace your natural talent and meet other students.
