To enhance Workflow’s reliability and security, Workflow will be migrated to new servers on Tuesday 17 December.
The key change is that the URL will change to https:// indicating the enhanced security which will protect user credentials and enable antivirus software to scan file uploads for viruses.
This means Workflow will be unavailable for a short period during December.
Please note the below dates and advice:
- Monday 16 December, 5pm onwards: Workflow taken out of service
- Tuesday 17 December: Workflow out of service all day
- Wednesday 18 December: Workflow back online for testing purposes. Users are recommended not to make any significant changes or content edits during this time to avoid work being lost
- Wednesday 18 December, approx. 4pm onwards: Workflow can be used as normal
