Students and staff are welcome to display posters at our King's Cross and Archway sites.
Posters are a great way to advertise events and opportunities. Follow our top tips to ensure your posters get maximum visibility.
Where to display your poster
- Please display your posters on one of our designated vinyl poster walls throughout the College. These are in the canteen and at the edge of the bridges, where we have the highest footfall.
- Posters cannot be displayed in any other location for fire safety reasons, this includes the concrete stairwells. Posters in these areas will be removed.
- Please stick to simple paper posters, as these can be recycled after use. Don’t use vinyls, as these are difficult to remove and may cause damage to our walls.
- Please only use blu-tak when displaying your posters, as sellotape, pins and glue damage the walls and will be removed.
- Include a date on your poster as they will be removed at the end of the month.
Guidance on posters
CSM is an open and inclusive space. Our students and staff must feel able to express themselves in an open way
Please don’t include offensive language, images or symbols on your posters as these will be removed immediately.
Posters containing false information will be removed.
Other ways to promote opportunities and events
Prefer not to use posters for environmental reasons?
No problem! You can advertise your events and opportunities in our weekly student newsletter. CSM Weekly is sent to all CSM students and staff every Wednesday during term time.
Contact csmdigitalteam@arts.ac.uk by Monday at 12pm each week, to have your content included.
