Are you interested in zines and publishing?

Keen to pick up where you left off during one of our zine-making workshops during Welcome Week?

We are now open for applications for our first Intercultural Zine Exchange and Publishing Fair at Peckham Levels, 10 November.

The event is organised by UAL's Intercultural Communications and Central Communications teams, where we will showcase zines and publications made by students and staff at UAL and other publishing professionals and collectives in South London, including PageMasters and BOOKS Peckham.

You will also get the chance to join our workshop to create zines on the day.

How to take part in our fair

There are 2 ways to contribute to our fair:

1. Applying for a stall

We have a limited number of tables for UAL students and staff to showcase or sell their work. If you wish to host your own table at the fair, please let us know through our submission form. Stall holders will have to bring their own work and card machines or QR codes to payment sites to Peckham Levels on the day of the fair.

Please note: Completing our form does not mean you have a guaranteed slot. Spaces will be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.

We will email you if your submission has been successful.

2. Submitting work to our communal table

If you're submitting work to our communal table, meaning you don't have to attend the fair yourself or host your own stall, please

  1. Wait to hear back from us after completing our form so we can confirm whether we are able to include your work on the communal table.
  2. If accepted, put your work in an envelope with your full name, email address and link address or QR code to a payment page or method if you would like us to sell your work for you.
  3. Drop the envelope off at High Holborn reception between 30 October and 9 November or at Peckham Levels on the 5th floor from 11am on 10 November.

Please do not submit more than 10 copies.
