Support for mental health and wellbeing at university is vital. If you’re struggling, you are not alone. There are lots of ways in which our community and services can support you.
Counselling, advice and workshops
The Counselling and Health Advice service offer various methods of wellbeing support for students, including brief, free, confidential counselling, mental health advice appointments and drop ins. Get in touch to request support.
The Counselling Service also run various wellbeing and art therapy workshops throughout the year. These are a great way to explore your wellbeing in a safe, facilitated group setting.
If you have experienced the loss of a loved one, our new Bereavement support group has been set up to help bereaved students connect with others and aid in your journey to process your feelings of grief.
Quiet spaces
Each College site has Quiet Spaces for students, staff and visitors to undertake prayer or personal reflection or to use for health requirements or rest. This year, some of our sites have separate dedicated wellbeing rooms. Find out where your nearest Quiet space is.
