LCF Grad Futures: Master Interviews and Stand Out to Employers

This session is only for London College of Fashion students and graduates. It is aligned to your Graduate Futures careers and employability journey.

This interactive webinar will guide you on what to prepare for both online and in-person interviews and offer tips on talking about yourself and answering tough questions under pressure.

We'll guide you through the process so you can articulate yourself clearly and confidently in an interview and take a deep dive into how to master the most common interview questions, with practical tips to answer with confidence and authenticity using the STAR technique in a way that leaves a lasting impression.

Advice on non-verbal communication techniques, the best questions to ask your interviewer and the power of follow-up emails and maintaining resilience throughout your job search is included to ensure you stay motivated and prepared for every opportunity that comes your way.

• Melanie Mitchell, Graduate Futures Careers Consultant:Leveraging over 20 years of experience as a Buyer, Headhunter and now Consultant, Melanie has worked with a number of brands including Christian Louboutin, Vivienne Westwood, AllSaints, Threads Styling and Sweaty Betty on projects relating to talent acquisition and executive search. Passionate about helping to build both brands and careers through putting the right people, in the right place at the right time she continues to use her industry expertise to coach and inspire the next generation looking to pursue careers in fashion.
