Co-created with young men from east London and LCF students, this exhibition uses football and fashion as points for deeper conversation.

Many young men, particularly working-class and Black men, live in a completely different world, still struggling to open up. They remain negatively portrayed in the media and lack spaces where their stories are told and valued.

This exhibition is the result of a project that took place at London College of Fashion, UAL between February and May 2026. Co-created with young men local to East Bank and postgraduate students, the project used football and fashion as accessible starting points for deeper conversations about identity, masculinity and self-expression.

Home Turf open a window into their inner worlds, challenging narrow ideas of what masculinity looks like and inviting you to see these young men on their own terms.
