Josephine Haft, our US Country Manager, organises presentations, interviews, information sessions and seminars for students throughout the year. These events give you an opportunity to speak to us, find out about studying at UAL, get portfolio preparation tips, and discuss your application.
In 2020, events will be held online due to restrictions around coronavirus. We'll add live in-person events as soon as it's safe to do so.
Meet Josephine Haft, our US Country Manager
These events give you a great chance to speak to Josephine and hear from other creative students interested in applying to UAL.
We recommend that you join us at an online information session to find out more about UAL, and search through our available courses on our website. Once you have an idea of the course or courses you're interested in, you can schedule an advisory call with Josephine. By arranging a consultation with her, you can gain guidance on which course is best suited to your career ambitions, as well as support throughout the application process.
Josephine organises a range of events in the US and online for prospective US students to help you find out more about UAL and answer any questions you may have. UAL academics and staff from our Recruitment team in London often join these events to offer their expertise.
Info sessions are open to all. If you're interested in studying a master's, our MA Seminars are a great opportunity to find out more about graduate study at UAL.
You can also join one of our webinars for all international students to find out more about studying at UAL and in London.
Josephine and our Recruitment team attend various fairs across the US and virtually. Keep your eye on this page for details of upcoming fairs where you can find out more about UAL.
NPDA Portfolio Days
UAL also attends select National Portfolio Day events each year. These days are a great opportunity to have your portfolio reviewed and learn about studying at UAL. Events UAL will be attending will be posted here once confirmed.
Applying to UAL through our US Country Manager is the only way to have an in-person interview in the US. Our academic staff visit regularly to conduct interviews.
Students who apply directly to one of our Colleges may be interviewed in London or by telephone/Skype.
We know that interviews can be a daunting prospect. Watch our interview tips video on YouTube to hear advice from our academic staff and students. You can also download our Interview preparation guide (PDF 560KB) for more tips.
