By Dalia Atteya , MA Painting - Wimbledon College of Arts for Walls in Online Places Vol.2
I have been in quarantine for almost a year. As in last August I tripped and broke my foot, which took me more than 3 months to recover. Just in time when I was ready to embrace the world again, COVID-19 hit the world and I was back in. Except that I was not alone this time.
Once I was able to pull myself together, I thought of creating a piece to express how I feel towards the whole experience.
This is the outfit I was wearing when I tripped, and the flower carries all the positive feelings that came with it. Given my limited strength and energy, it took me around 4 months to complete it, I started in December 2019 and finished it in April 2020.
