FreshBritain, Central Saint Martins and nuie Design Co invite UAL students to register for the private book launch and afterparty: The Brand New Future: How Brands Can Save The World by Bob Sheard, publishing 15 May 2025.

When: 2 May, 2-6pm
Where: LVMH Lecture Theatre, Central Saint Martins, 1 Granary Square, King's Cross.

A panel of leaders from finance, government, culture, media, education, technology and fashion will be discussing the evolving landscape of branding and its implications for our future.

An opportunity to network in the company of around 300 guests from creative brands, private equity and government, The Brand New Future event will explore themes from the book, such as:

  • Did brands die in 2020?
  • Can brands grow without more products?
  • Can brands exist without obsolescence?
  • Can Regenerative Brands make a profit?
  • Can brands be the new Democracy?
  • Why is “Do” now more important than “Own”?
  • Can brands save the world?

Student places are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please complete the event registration Google form to express your interest.

The event will follow with an afterparty at The Groucho Club. Entry is limited, and will be running as per first-come first-served.
