Your safety and wellbeing in the college is our primary concern. Take a moment to read through our top tips for staying safe in the college.

Fire safety

In the event of a fire, please leave immediately via the nearest emergency exit and gather on Granary Square, beyond the fountains. Read more

Workshops

For your own safety, we ask that you don't work alone in our workshops. There should always be three people in the space in case there's an accident. You are not allowed to use high-risk areas without the supervision of a technician. Read more

If you need first aid at King’s Cross, call 6281 from an internal phone or +44 (0)20 7514 6281 from a mobile. If you need first aid at Archway, call 7098 from an internal phone or +44 (0)20 7514 7908 from a mobile. Read more

Look after your belongings

Please take care not to leave personal items unattended in any of shared spaces, particularly small valuables like phones and tablets.

Cyber safety

Many fraudsters target students for financial gain, however other motivations include cyber bullying, harvesting of personal data, intellectual property theft and copyright avoidance.If you’re worried your UAL email account has been breached and need advice, call the UAL IT Service Desk on (+44) 020 7514 9898.
