UPDATE: Wednesday 5 February 2020

The MyTimetable homepage will be retired as of Monday 10 February, making way for the new and improved OnlineTimetable for Celcat.

The Student Timetables page has been improved and contains a link to your new timetable, as well as guidance on how to use it, plus info on iCal.

If you've bookmarked the old timetable, a re-direct link will be in place from the old URL to the new one.

If you have any queries regarding this, please contact the Timetabling team at ualcelcattimetable@arts.ac.uk.

The new and improved Online Timetable for Celcat is now live!

You can access the new version from the Student Timetables page. Simply log in with your UAL credentials as normal.
If you wish, you can still find the link to the previous version on the Your UAL timetable page, however it will be retired in January 2020. The MyTimetable.arts.ac.uk homepage will also then be closed at this point.

Access to timetables via the MyUAL app will remain the same.

So, what’s new?

The new Online Timetable has a new stream-lined look and is more user friendly. It also has the following new features:

Fully Mobile responsive

Timetables are now mobile-responsive, meaning the view dynamically adjusts to your device’s screen size, whether it’s a mobile phone or tablet

Event filter

The event filter allows you to filter the appointments that are displayed in the calendar either on its own or with multiple choices, including Event Category and Department

New homepage view

The homepage has been improved and now contains key elements such as the menu bar, browse panel and language selector. There is also a colour scheme option which shows the different colours to different event types (contact and non contact hours).
