UAL LGBTQ+ History Month: Trans History through the Ages with Morgan M Page

  • Location

Central Saint Martins, 1 Granary Square, London N1C 4AA

  • Date
  • Time
As part of UAL’s LGBTQ+ History Month programme, join us in conversation with Morgan M. Page to explore trans history throughout the ages.

Drawing on four hundred years of trans history in the UK and beyond, we'll reflect on real stories to chart a course through the changing waters we find ourselves in today. From a runaway slave who fought the Old Bailey and won, to the tarot reader who launched Britain's first trans activist group in the 1970s, these outrageous stories of our trans ancestors can give us the courage and tenacity to keep fighting for liberation.
