UAL Greenhouse and Blue Garage celebrate 1 year of championing South London

This anniversary event will celebrate the impact of a partnership built to help early-stage founders turn ambitious ideas into thriving businesses, and bring together founders, creatives, partners and friends for an inspiring evening of conversation, drinks and networking.

Guests will hear from award winner Namita, founder of Low Tide Labs, who’ll share how the award has helped shape and strengthen her award-winning business over the past year. Low Tide Labs is a regenerative start-up creating bio-based products and systems for ecological self-care.

Also hear from Michael Korn, Founder of Blue Garage, and UAL Greenhouse Programme Lead and Incubation Manager Alyssa Becht as they reflect on the partnership between the two organisations and the importance of creating opportunities for emerging product-based innovators in South London.

University of the Arts London (UAL)'s Greenhouse programme is a free, 6-month business acceleration programme based at The Hub, Peckham that supports creative digital and tech-led start-ups founded by UAL graduates and south London-based entrepreneurs.

Blue Garage is an innovation hub in South East London where ideas can be designed, prototyped, and built under one roof. Members access labs, workshops, flexible studios, and the Blue Factory suite of prototyping and production machines, that all help founders take products from concept to reality.

1 year later, this celebration is a chance to look back on everything the partnership has made possible so far, and look ahead to what comes next.
