If you're wanting to book a UAL Short Course on behalf of a company or business, this page outlines how to get in touch to arrange a booking and request an invoice.

How to make a company booking

Booking process for companies

Our Company Booking process allows you to create a credit account with UAL Short Courses Ltd., which lets you book multiple students on to various scheduled short courses throughout the year using a purchase order and invoice.
If you are unable to provide a Purchase Order (PO) number at this time, we can accept a sponsor letter instead.

Booking with a purchase order

1. Submit your documents
Complete our Company Booking form and attach a scanned copy of your purchase order or a letter signed by your sponsor on company letterhead. Review all details carefully before submitting your request. Once the invoice has been generated, billing information cannot be modified.

2. Supplier setup
Please ensure we are set up as a supplier in your accounting system. If not, send the necessary forms or links to shortcoursecompanybookings@arts.ac.uk so we can invoice you.

3. Provide details
We'll need the student's full name, phone number, nationality, date of birth, and email address, as well as the booker's name and email.

Important booking time-frames

  • All company bookings using a purchase order must be processed at least 6 weeks before the course start date.
  • For last minute bookings (less than 6 weeks) please submit the booking form and request a payment link at shortcoursecompanybookings@arts.ac.uk at the same time.
  • Once the payment has been received, our team will process the booking and send you a copy of the invoice.
  • For any questions about the form or process, including requesting details to set us up as a supplier, please contact shortcoursecompanybookings@arts.ac.uk.

Payment

  • All invoices must be paid in full before the course start date to secure your place. Unpaid invoices may result in the cancellation of your booking.

  • Course places are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and unfortunately we are therefore unable to reserve spots in advance.
