You can book a 20 minute wellbeing session to talk briefly with a trained professional from the Counselling, Health Advice and Chaplaincy team about your concerns. We're here to support you with problems that are impacting on your academic journey.
We offer both online and in-person sessions at colleges sites. Appointments are bookable up to 24 hours in advance.
Some areas in which 20 minute wellbeing sessions can be helpful are:
- general mental health concerns (including low mood, anxiety, stress)
- course related problems (where mental health is impacted)
- accommodation issues (where mental health is impacted)
- to hear about what other support is available at UAL.
Attend an in-person, 20 minute wellbeing session (term time only)
In-person wellbeing sessions are available on College sites at 12pm (noon) and 12.30pm, Monday to Friday, during term time.
There are a limited number of in-person sessions. Please ensure you can attend the in-person session you are booking. If all sessions have been booked, please check again the next working day.
