On Thursday 26 September, Granary Square will be hosting the launch of the new Yves Saint Laurent fragrance YSL Libre. As part of this event, Projection Artworks will be projection mapping onto the façade of the Granary Building of Central Saint Martins. We are excited to see how this technology works with our site, for potential use in future creative projects. Staff and students are welcome to stay and watch the projection if they wish, and pick-up some free YSL samples!

Set up for the event will begin in Granary Square on Wednesday 25 September, and rehearsals will take place that evening 7-10pm. There will be intermittent sound of a loud volume during this time. To accommodate the projection, technicians will be installing a temporary black-out covering on the Granary Building front windows, including the Library and Learning Zone, from around 5:30pm on Thursday 26 September. The main event will take place 7-10pm that evening. During this time, there will be intermittent music of a loud volume, and the windows will remain blocked. The temporary coverings will be removed on the evening of 26 September following the event.

Access to the college will not be impacted during this event, and the library and learning zone will remain open as normal.
