Survey Season 2026 is open

We’re dedicated to finding out what you, our students, think about your time at UAL. Survey Season is your opportunity to share your experience and make your voice heard!
Your feedback helps us improve our courses, study environment and the support we provide. We are always working to improve the student experience. Your thoughts let us know what we should develop and what matters to you.
The surveys only take 10 minutes and you are asked to complete just 1 survey relating to your year and mode of study:
- 1st and 2nd year undergraduates and Graduate Diploma students complete the Course Student Survey (CSS)
- For final year undergraduates and FDA students complete the National Student Survey (NSS)
- Postgraduates students on taught MA courses complete the Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey (PTES)
- Pre-degree and foundation complete Further Education Student Survey (FESS) opens from 20 April.
University Research Degrees Sub Committee has agreed that we will participate in the Postgraduate Research Experience Survey (PRES) for Postgraduate students on research courses and PhDs every other year, re-entering in 2027. Therefore, PRES will not run in Survey Season 2026.
