The CSM and LCF Library Materials and Products Co-ordinator, Billie Coxhead, is working with external materials library and design agency - MaterialDriven to deliver this presentation and workshop demonstration funded by the UAL Teaching and Learning Fund.

The aim is to introduce UAL students to a range of materials as a valuable resource to engage and understand Environmental Sustainability through the lens of art and design.

In particular, MaterialDriven will look at food waste which is considered one of the worst epidemics of our time. This session will explore the cutting-edge material innovations that look for solutions to transform food waste as a discarded resource into a valuable asset.
