You can develop your referencing and research skills every Wednesday afternoon in the LCC Library, with their latest timetable of workshops.
Workshops take place every Wednesday from 2 - 3.30pm in the LCC Library's 2nd floor training room, in the Learning Zone.
8 May – Deep Web Research: Getting Started
This session will help to get you started with your thesis research, and will look at ways in which you can use deep web searching.
15 May - Introduction to RefWorks
This session will introduce you to using the new RefWorks reference management software, and how you can manage this from electronic resources. Please note that students attending are expected to know how to reference first, as RefWorks does not do the referencing for you. Aimed at all levels of students.
22 May - Introduction to image research
This session will help you to start the search for images, perhaps for your research or curiosity.
29 May - Deep Web Research: Getting started
