#DRAWFASHION is London College of Fashion, UAL's annual fashion illustration competition supported by Cass Art - open to students, emerging illustrators, artists and image makers.

This largest fashion illustration competition encourages students to explore fashion through observation, abstract experimental thinking and practice. From traditional and digital techniques to any other medium that drawing has been used in, whether in the process of developmental or final works of art, all interpretations are welcome.

Founded in 2016 by Rob Phillips, Creative Director, School of Design technology at London College of Fashion, UAL, #DRAWFASHION celebrates the imagination and skill of fashion illustration, an art form that captures the wonder of the fashioned body.

Past judges of the competition include; Richard Kilroy, Helen Bullock, Gill Button, Cecilia Carlstedt, David Downton, Amelie Hegardt, Connie Lim, Bex Cassie (SHOWstudio), Sue Dray and Frida Wannerberger. The competition has been chaired by Andrew Groves, Course Director BA (Hons) Fashion Design, University of Westminster. This years judges will be announced shortly.

Through drawing we can make a statement, progress traditions and personify style, mood and identity.
