Drawing Skills Short Course

Course description

Through various exercises you will explore new ways of seeing and discover how to improve your drawing ability. Working with both still life and a life model, you will be encouraged to develop your own individual approach to drawing while improving your technical skills.

The tutor will take you through examples of different drawing styles and explain materials and methods. The workshops will cover core drawing skills as well as some more experimental drawing techniques.

By the end of the workshop you should have extended what your hand and eye can do for you while drawing. You should end up with a portfolio of new drawings and more confidence in your drawings skills.
