Please do not close windows at LCC

Windows across the LCC site are being kept open to provide ventilation, to help keep us all safe and reduce the risk of COVID-19.

This includes in teaching spaces, workshops, and in communal areas such as the library and canteen.

In addition, mechanical ventilation is in use in spaces with no natural ventilation, such as in lecture theatres.

Capacities of spaces across the College have been risk assessed for ventilation.

Students are reminded of the need to not close these windows.

As a result of windows being open, it is likely that spaces in the College will be cooler than usual. You may wish to bring an extra layer of clothing to keep warm, to ensure you are comfortable while on site.

Please ensure windows are kept open to help keep us all safe.
