Ruby Nightingale

Biography

Ruby joined UAL in June 2023 as Head of Policy (Higher Education), leading on policy and advocacy activities on higher education, including the University’s engagement with politicians and the wider HE sector.

Prior to joining UAL, Ruby was Senior Communications and Public Affairs Manager at the Sutton Trust, a charity which works to address educational inequality. She also previously worked on setting up the Oak National Academy and the National Tutoring Programme, both developed during the pandemic to support pupils with learning.
